Chain built
App connecting

All six stages of IMUP Chain are built and tested on development networks, and the app now has a wallet that talks to a chain node. Nothing here is a public network or a financial product yet. This page states only what tests currently prove.

Implemented and tested

  • Chain stage 1, ledger: Ed25519 signed transfers, 100,000,000 IMUP at genesis, the exact 0.5% tax to the treasury, crash-safe storage
  • Chain stage 2, networking: encrypted node links, block and transaction sharing, catch-up and peer bans
  • Chain stage 3, Proof of Participation: bonded validators, final blocks, slashing for double-signing, epoch rewards
  • Chain stage 4, governance: verified people, one person one vote, treasury proposals
  • Chain stage 5, connection service: JSON-RPC for wallets and apps, explorer, testnet faucet, wallet library
  • Chain stage 6, resilience: checkpoints, snapshots, pruning and light clients that check balances from proofs
  • Quantum-resistant keys (protocol v0.7): every signature is Ed25519 plus ML-DSA-44 and both must pass, addresses hash the full key, node links add ML-KEM-768
  • App wallet: keys made and encrypted on your device, signed sends with the tax shown first, history, DAO voting
  • App activities: Learn quests, bounties, contests and a leaderboard, project backing, and the marketplace, all paid wallet to wallet on chain

Deferred—not live

  • Outside security audit of the chain and the app
  • Public testnet nodes and a connected public build of this app
  • Escrow and on-chain item records for the marketplace
  • Stablecoin, exchange (DEX) and bridges
  • Mainnet, token distribution and real-value custody
VERIFICATION SNAPSHOT

The chain passes formatting, strict static analysis, its test suite (including four real validators on one machine and a wallet library checked against the node byte for byte) and daily fuzzing. The app passes lint, type checks, unit tests and an end-to-end payment against a real node. Each chain stage has had an internal review; an outside audit comes before any public network.
